Dr. Cihan Cobanoglu

Dr. Cihan Cobanoglu is the Dean of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at University of South Florida. He holds the McKibbon Endowed Chair Professor of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at USF’s Muma College of Business in Sarasota-Manatee. He also serves as the Director of the M3 Center for Hospitality Technology and Innovation and is the coordinator of international programs for the college. Additionally, Cobanoglu is the director of international partnerships for the college, responsible for coordinating global affairs.

Dr. Mumtaz Memon

Dr. Mumtaz currently serves as an Associate Professor and Head of Research (Coordinator) at the Faculty of Business, Sohar University, Oman. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and an MSc in Human Resource Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Before joining Sohar University, he worked as an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at the NUST Business School (NBS), Islamabad, and served as an Assistant Professor and Head of Cluster at the Air University School of Management in Islamabad, Pakistan. Additionally, he worked as a Research Scientist at the Center for Social Innovation at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS in Malaysia. Dr. Mumtaz also serves as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Applied Structural Equation Modeling (JASEM), an international, open-access journal indexed in SCOPUS, and as a member of the editorial advisory board at the International Journal of Manpower. The impact of his overall research efforts is evident in his Google Scholar profile, with over 6,500 citations, an h-index of 32, and an i10-index of 52, as well as in SCOPUS (with over 2,000 citations and an h-index of 20). Dr. Faizan Ali

Dr. Faizan Ali currently works as an Associate Professor at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of South Florida. He received his PhD in Marketing with a dissertation written on customer experience in the hospitality industry at the International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM-IBS) in June 2015. Dr. Ali also holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Information Technology [BBA-IT (Hons)] with distinction from Institute of Management Sciences, University of Peshawar, Pakistan, and a Masters in Management with a dissertation on consumer behaviour in airline industry from Glyndwr University, United Kingdom.
